  1. As a social liberal centrist, I generally like a politician who doesn't lean too far left or right, but what is equally important is that the person is able to communicate his idea well and be able to persuade others to understand his point of views. I can completely follow what Corbyn is upto but have no clue what May is going to do so I'm leaning for Corbyn. May has been pathetic in all of her communications - she could really start from elementary school to pick up basic skills to communicate her idea and persuade other people.

  2. Evan Davis is a pain in the ass...he's only interested in anything that might come across as anti-trump but he's not interested in the bigger picture. He is either a kiss-ass conformist or an idiot or both

  3. We have lost Christopher Hitchens, Gore Vidal and now, apres Noam Chomsky, the lone voice crying in the wilderness, la Deluge!
We are facing an intellectual desert in an era where moron's elect morons basing their decisions on ludicrous sound bites fed into social media feeding on their racial, sexist and religious hatreds.
Ownership of the world economy is concentrated in US, approx. 50% owned by US Big banks, and corporations fed politically by neocon propoganda that bases economic success on growing worker insecurity as reported to Congress by Alan Greenspan, before they collectively orchestrated the 2007/8 crash that almost destroyed the world economy.
People need to get active politically before this current right wing group becomes embedded in society and takes control for years to come.

  4. American media is too right wing and afraid to even interview Chomsky.
International media like BBC and Al Jazeera just do defiant opposition interviews like these.

  5. evan must hate this because its not debatable. evan is used to being able to corner people and feel secure that the world is fine. then noam comes along and boom. he is calm and smiling but inside it cuts him up.

  6. In all seriousness, we need a big dose of Chomsky every now and then. Most of the time we can pretend like everything is hunky dory, busy as usual with the world...When it's not! It's easy to keep pretending we are ok just thinking about ourselves, but we NEED to care about things besides us - otherwise the world falls apart.
